My Tantra Path

Four streams of Tantra shape my work: Indian, neo-Tantric, shamanic and Egyptian. Their meeting point is becoming my own practice.

From My Tantra Path

As I grow into my work as an international Tantra teacher, I see four streams coming together.

Indian Tantra

I spent thirty days at a Kundalini ashram in Rishikesh and received a Shaktipat initiation in the Himalayan Tantra tradition.

This is my foundation. Its ancient body of knowledge gives me steady ground through meditation, asana, pranayama and mantra: breath, sound, movement, expansion and energy.

Neo-Tantra

I spent a week at Osho’s main ashram in Pune, trained in dynamic meditation and assisted international teachers at Tantra festivals.

This branch explores sexual energy, desire, boundaries and parts of ourselves that often stay in shadow. It also moves towards expansion, though it takes a different road.

Shamanic Tantra

I attended festivals and a seven-day retreat with the Awaken as Love Mystery School, which brings Central American shamanic traditions together with Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory.

This work creates a strong resonance in me. Its practices take me quickly towards the places where my answers seem to live. Entering them can feel frightening and fascinating at once. Mexico calls me. Peru calls me.

Egyptian Tantra

This stream includes the priestess lineage of Isis, Kundalini activation, sacred sexuality and temple arts.

It remains the most mysterious territory for me. I am only beginning to enter it, sometimes receiving an understanding during deep practice and later hearing a similar idea from someone else. Egypt calls too, and for now I look in that direction with awe.

I began teaching Tantra a year and a half ago. With every workshop, my practice becomes more distinctly mine: a living combination of these four directions.
