These Terms & Conditions apply to tantrabelgrade.com and to bookings, applications and participation in events and services offered under the Tantra in Belgrade / Togetherness project.

Please also read the information provided for the particular event or service you choose. Specific booking, cancellation, eligibility or participation conditions stated for an event form part of the agreement for that event and may supplement these Terms.

Tantra in Belgrade and Togetherness are project and trading names operated by:

In-person events and services advertised on the website may take place in Belgrade, Serbia, or at another location stated for the relevant event.

The website provides information about Tantra events, Temple Nights, workshops, individual sessions, Tantric Massage and related experiences.

Sending an enquiry or application does not automatically reserve a place. Where an application, interview or confirmation process applies, a booking is confirmed only after the required process has been completed and we have confirmed your place.

Events and services involving Tantra, conscious sexuality or intimate bodywork are for adults aged 18 or over unless a particular service expressly states otherwise. By applying for or booking such a service, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

Some events, including certain Temple Nights, may require an application or interview before attendance. Completing an application or interview does not guarantee acceptance.

Some formats depend on the composition or gender balance of the group. We may therefore use reasonable event-specific eligibility criteria connected with the intended format and participant mix.

Unless the information for a particular event or service says otherwise, payment is made in person at the event or session.

A particular event may instead require prepayment, a deposit or another payment arrangement. The price and applicable payment conditions will be communicated before the booking is completed.

The website itself does not process payment-card information.

If you can no longer attend, please tell us as early as possible. Unless different cancellation conditions are stated for the particular event, we ask for at least 5 days’ notice before the event.

For a prepaid event, a cancellation made less than 5 days before the event is generally non-refundable. When payment is due only on site, there may be no payment to refund, but timely cancellation remains important because places are limited and the composition of the group may depend on confirmed attendance.

Individual events may have different cancellation or refund conditions. Conditions clearly communicated for a particular event before booking or payment apply to that booking. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

A place may be transferred to another person only with our approval.

The replacement participant must meet the eligibility requirements for that event and complete any application or interview that would normally be required. Where a place is connected with the gender balance or gender-specific structure of an event, the replacement participant must meet the same relevant gender eligibility requirement.

If we reschedule an event, your confirmed booking or prepaid ticket remains valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund of the amount you paid for that event.

If we cancel an event without a replacement date, prepaid amounts for that event will be refunded.

We may make reasonable changes to timing, venue, programme order or particular practices where this is needed to run an event appropriately. If a change materially alters a service you have already purchased, we will communicate it where reasonably possible and respect any mandatory rights that apply.

Our events and services may include meditation, movement, eye contact, interpersonal practices, sensuality, touch or conversations about sexuality. The exact format depends on the event or service.

Participation in an interaction or practice is based on consent. Participants are expected to respect other people’s boundaries and to follow facilitator instructions connected with consent, safety and the functioning of the event.

Consent to one interaction does not imply consent to another, and a participant may change their mind during an exercise or interaction. Choosing not to take part in a particular practice after an event has begun does not by itself create a right to a refund, except where required by law or agreed with us.

We may refuse or end someone’s participation where reasonably necessary to protect participants, facilitators or the functioning of an event. This may include serious boundary violations, harassment, threatening or disruptive behaviour, material misrepresentation during an application process, or refusal to follow essential consent or safety instructions.

Any refund in these circumstances will depend on the circumstances, the conditions of the particular event and applicable law.

Tantra workshops, meditation, embodiment practices and Tantric Massage are educational, experiential or wellbeing-oriented services. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic care.

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and for communicating relevant limitations where reasonably necessary for your participation. If a medical condition, injury, pregnancy or another circumstance may affect participation, seek appropriate professional advice when needed and contact us if you need to understand the physical format of a service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Individual sessions and Tantric Massage are provided according to the format described for the service and the choices agreed for the particular session.

Where nudity or intimate bodywork is an optional part of a service, booking the service does not automatically constitute consent to it. Practical details, boundaries and the intended format may be discussed before and during the session. The participant’s consent and the practitioner’s professional boundaries apply throughout.

Personal data submitted through the website, applications, subscriptions and communications is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, original website text, programme descriptions, workshop materials and other original content published by Tantra in Belgrade / Togetherness are owned by or licensed to the operator. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

You are welcome to share links to public pages and use materials provided to you for your own personal participation unless a particular resource states otherwise.

The website may link to independent third-party platforms such as Instagram or Telegram and may rely on third-party technology to host the website or deliver communications. Independent third parties have their own terms and privacy practices.

These Terms supplement rather than replace rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer or other applicable law. If a mandatory legal rule gives you a right that conflicts with these Terms or with an event-specific condition, the mandatory rule prevails.

To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, the contractual relationship with Individual Entrepreneur OLGA VOLSHINETS is governed by the laws of Georgia.

This choice of law does not remove mandatory protections that apply to a consumer or to a service supplied in another country where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you have a concern about a booking or service, please contact us at olgavolshinets@gmail.com so that we can try to resolve it directly. This does not limit your right to use any competent court, consumer-protection procedure or other remedy available to you under applicable law.

We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. For an existing confirmed booking, the terms and event-specific conditions communicated in connection with that booking will normally continue to govern it, subject to mandatory law.
